So... how do you become an official member of the Phoenix Splashdogs?


1. Register

Register yourself and your dog by filling out THIS FORM.
If you have more than one dog, please fill out a seperate form for each.


2. Pay yearly membership dues

$50 a year for one dog.
Additional dogs from the same family are $25 each.


3. Join the PHXSD Google Group

The Google Group is our main communication hub. When your membership fees are received, you will get an email inviting you to join the Google Group. Follow the instructions in this email to become a part of our online community!


4. Be a Splashdog!
